Emulsifier Package
Our emulsifier package is balanced formulations designed for further dilution in water or oil to provide a market-ready metalworking fluid. The emulsifier package is formulated to produce a general-purpose soluble oil and high oil semi-synthetic water extendable concentrate for the machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metal. It provides excellent corrosion protection and a high degree of lubricity with exceptional wetting and cooling properties.
This high-quality package offers a simple and straightforward blending process and helps to reduce inventory requirements for multi-components. Depending on specific product features and end-use applications, supplemental additive can be incorporated in the final formulation.
